## **3. Account Registration & Security**
* You must provide accurate account information
* You are responsible for maintaining account security
* All activity under your account is your responsibility
* Flowzap is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence

## **4. Acceptable Use Policy**
You agree NOT to:
* Use Services for illegal or abusive purposes
* Send spam or unauthorized bulk messages
* Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party policies
* Upload malware or attempt system access
* Misuse APIs or automation tools
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

## **5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds**
* All prices are in INR (₹) excluding taxes
* Payments must be made in advance
* Minimum recharge may apply
* Add-ons are billed separately
**Refund Policy:**
No refunds after service activation unless required by law.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

* We assist with WhatsApp Business verification
* Approval depends on Meta; not guaranteed
* Verification fees are non-refundable

* Flowzap may process logs and CRM data to deliver services
